They have moved the cosmetics in the Salisbury store downstairs between the food and the women’s collection. The lighting is not good here even with my glasses on I had difficulty in finding what I wanted.

Giles who served me today was very helpful with questions I had and did not push me to have some items which were short on date when I asked if they would last an extra 2 days. He let me make my own decision on whether I would buy or not.

I have been served by a delightful young lady in the Grimsby store. Her name is Paige and apparently she is on a trial . It is so lovely these days to get a young person with such potential . She deserves a chance .

I couldnt find the colour I wanted, in the size, I needed, and the smiley lady not only looked along the rails, but went into the storeroom, and voila! found just what I had made the journey for.
    and she was still smiling!
I love our new M&S, at Wolstanton.

I am a very frequent shopper in the broadmead in bristol store and I am delighted to write and say that the staff here are always and I repeat the word always helpful/pleasant/knowledgeable. In particular the coffee shop – the staff here being Jane and Ruth. Mathaus – upstairs/Lily in the beauty section and finally christine who works part time on the first floor. Well done all.
