Just go to the website www.Tellus.coop and follow the instructions to complete the survey online, then you’ll be entered into a customer prize draw for a chance to win £200 in Lincolnshire Co-operative vouchers for your next purchase.

How to participate in the Lincolnshire Co-operative Receipt survey?

Open the above survey site www.Tellus.coop in a web browser, then provide the required information located on your receipt, including the date and time of visit, store ID, receipt number and staff name.

Then click the “Next” button to begin the survey process. You need to answer a list of questions regarding your experience such as “What did you purchase?”, “Are you satisfied with the customer services”, and so on. It will take you approximately 5 to 10 minutes to answer all the survey questions.

At the end of the survey, you’ll be invited to enter the prize draw by providing your details and filling out the entry form.
