Dunkin’ Donuts has launched a Customer Satisfaction Survey online at www.telldunkin.com. On the website, you can leave your own opinion about their foods and services within a few minutes. After you complete the survey, you’ll receive a validation code that can be used to redeem a free donut when you purchase a medium or larger beverage.
What do you need to enter the survey?
You need to have a recent Dunkin’ Donuts rceipt that includes a 18-digit Survey Code.
How to complete the Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Survey?
1. Open the survey website, select the language you would like to take the survey.
2. On the next page, enter the 18-digit Survey Code and click on the “Start” button.
3. Answer the survey questions one by one.
4. At the end of the survey, you’ll be given a validation code. Write the code on your receipt immediately.

How to redeem the free donut offer?
You should take the original receipt to the restaurant you’ve visited. Make your order of a medium or larger beverage and present the receipt to the server, then he/she will give you a free donut.
