Some people know that most retailers or restaurants require feedback online, but few people noticed that USPS is also collecting its customers’ opinions. If you recently went to your local USPS location and made a purchase, you can now go to the website www.Postalexperience.com/pos to participate in the U.S. Postal Service Customer Experience Questionnaire online.

Step by Step Survey Guide: 

First of all, open this survey website in your web browser: www.Postalexperience.com/pos.

Then select your language preference: English or Spanish. On the next page, you need to enter the ZIP +4 code found from your receipt. Click on the “Next” button to continue.

Next, type in the date and specific time of your visit and the clerk number to start the survey.

Finally, answer the survey questions required. Most of the questions are just related to your basic information and how you like their service. You can also leave some comments if you like to let them learn more.

  2. I took an envelope to our local post office.. I wanted 2 day delivery .. I was given a tracking number and my mail has been sitting at the same post office for OVER 48 hours. It left Ky on 2-16 and it at the wrong post office in Cold Spring TX it has the correct Zip code on the mail..
    The local post master wanted me to call the Business where I was sending the mail to and have them go to their local post office and tell them .. The business in which I was trying to mail something to should NOT have to be bothered with this.. I felt our local post master should call the post office where the package is and let them know that it needs to be sent to its destination.. I paid THe Clinton KY post office to mail a package and it is delayed Our post master should do something !! Not very happy about paying 7.40 and him not checking into it. .

    I’m thankful I found THIS way to comment instead of answering the other survey that didn’t allow me to express myself freely. I have filled out those survey’s numerous times and nothing has changed for them. I’ve heard nothing back from anyone either. Bummers!!!

    I’ve had nothing but good, pleasant service from them.. Robin, Dana, Jacob.. They know what they are doing and do it well. But you know, as much as I enjoy having the PO so close to me for all these years… I tell you plainly.. it is on a dangerous intersection. The building is too small.. it is crowded for the customers and in the winter it is cold.

    I don’t know if you give them any feedback from these surveys, but if not.. shame on you. Why should I do this, if you don’t.

  4. Had to wait 30 minutes to mail a package. Long line, not enough clerks, most windows unattended.
    Save money, stop Saturday delivery and hire more clerks.
    Also self-service machine in lobby is not user friendly.

  5. yes I sent packagefirst class it was suppose to get there sat 2/24 I waited another day til Monday still no package so I cald Torrington ct branch talk to a girl sue who was very helpful told me package was missing It was my wife s medication which she needed due to getting stuck in fla longer then expected
    said she would have superviser call me first thing in the morning I ended sending a overnite package that cost me $45 next day never heard from superviser so I cald around 11 am talk to morning superviser who basicly lied to me told me how great sue was but in next breath said she didn’t leave message to call me he also new who I was and were package was going considering he never got message he must read minds
    just kept on telling me the system there is broken

  6. The people at my Post Office are all great. The lady helped me and was smiling the whole time. The other two ladies were smiling to. I was 14th in line and it took about 14 minutes to get through but I am pleased.
