To enter the survey, simply go to the website www.Mywawavisit.com and follow the on-screen instructions. How to participate in the survey?
To start the survey, open the above survey website link in your web browser. Then you need to provide the Survey Code and Store Number from your receipt (see sample image below).
Once you enter them, click on the “Start” button to begin the survey process.
On the next page, it will require you to answer the survey questions regarding your experience, such as the staff service and food quality.
At the end of the survey, you need to submit your contact information to be eligible to enter the Wawa Customer Survey Sweepstakes.
