Starbucks encourage you to tell them exactly how you felt about your experience so that they can better serve you.

What do you need to enter the survey?
You need to provide a Customer Code found on your survey invitation.
What can you get through the survey?
After you complete the survey, you’ll receive a validation code that can be used to redeem a special offer printed on your survey invitation.
How to complete the Starbucks Receipt Survey?
1. Open the survey website, select the language you would like to take the survey.
2. On the next page, enter the Customer Code and click on the “ENTER” button.
3. Answer the survey questions one by one.
4. At the end of the survey, you’ll be given a validation code. Write the code on your receipt immediately.
How to redeem the free donut offer?
You should take the original receipt to the Starbucks store you’ve visited. Present the receipt to the server, then you will redeem the offer.

I have tried to do this survey for months and it still doesn’t work. I am very frustrated because I go to Starbucks everyday and have several survey receipts. Please either fix the situation or no longer get my hopes up for a free tall drink and stop producing the customer survey receipts!
Same problem here in Paris: code doesn’t work and like anyone else as a frequent starbuck’s customer, i would appreciate a free coffee(though in general their coffee is awful but the coffee shops are comfortable). And moreove the customer service doesn’t answer my repeated mails! Well done starbuck’s!
Customer code isn’t good working! I was frequenting to Starbucks Coffee cos foods and drinks re always good. Service is an excellent most of time and all service employees re so cheerful and friendly smiling all times. Hope Starbucks’ excellence keep up!
The costumer code is definitely not working idk like you should get that fixed it’s annoying other than that Starbucks is part of my daily routine I’m obsessed lol love the coffe 🙂
