your coupon survey is a phony………i triec several time to get a coupon with my receipt . you just lost me as a customer. i love you product by i don’t deal with people that run this kind of business.
My Burger King experience was great until I tried to do the survey. There were more code numbers on the receipt then blanks to put them in on the survey site. Then I was rejected and blocked. I am very disappointed with the survey.
I couldn’t locate the store # on my receipt. The receipt itself was hard to read because the paper needed
to be changed, which doesn’t surprise me since the whole restaurant was dirty and the employees unorganized at this location. I went in because of the ads for the chicken fries, but when I ordered the spicy ones, was told they were out. There was only one register open, and the young lady seemed bored. There seemed to be enough staff in the kitchen, and not many customers, but it took much too long to get our order. The only clean tables in the place were broken. (benches) Not impressed.
I have tried unsuccessfully to fill out the survey. Your site will not acknowledge the store number. I gave up trying!
