Where do I begin , you have such a wonderful store. The prices are somewhat good an the service is excellent. Today I came for just jig saw blades, an walk out spending almost $60.00. I checked several prices on a future project and a employee came to me for help an we started talking. I wanted a longer bathrm counter top and he said what I was checking would cost around $800. Then he showed me a 3 ft cabinet w/sink and suggested to maybe put 2 of them together. A his an a hers you might say. that cost was $400 for both, what a savings. he was an older gentleman healthy an stood over 6ft. I can’t remember his name but he was very very helpful. And I can’t forget Tony , a person who knows what’s going on around her, CONGRATS for the pin she was awarded.

    Good Day.
Had a very Bad and very good experience while shopping at Lowes (store # 2631) 370 Kennedy Rd. Brampton on Aug.27th 2018.
I was shopping in the Seasonal Dept. when I foolishly laid my wallet on a table while checking out a patio furniture set. I then moved on to another area in the store and after about 10 minutes I realized I didn’t have my wallet. Needless to say I began to panic and began to retrace my steps and areas I had been.
After Checking with Customer Service and retracing my steps for the third time, a young gentleman by the name of Robert who works in seasonal noticed I was looking and asked was there something wrong? and as I was explaining he proceeded to take out my wallet that was left on the patio set.. WOW talk about relief !!
I offered Robert a Reward but he humbly refused. Once again I would like to Thank Robert and wish him all the best! Keep up the Great work! Take care!

Your staff was so helpful. I walked in, and because a bad back they went out of their way to help me. Your associate went and got a 4x8x3/4 sheet of plywood for me and put it in my truck. Wish I had got his name, but I didn’t. He was a big guy and was so helpful. Your associates are one of the reasons I shop Lowe’s

I visit my Conway AR Lowe’s often and always find a helpful associate if I need one. However, Robert Bailey (#0236) was particularly helpful on Friday September 14. I am an artist and was trouble-shooting a hanging device for components in a ceramic installation. He was busy working inventory–clipboard in hand, cart full of merchandise–and full-blown hay fever. Yet, he took time to listen to my hardware needs, locate the exact product to solve the problem, make some great suggestions and confirm the weight-bearing and security capacity of what I bought. Whereas this purchase was relatively minor in dollars, it confirmed my past expenditures and my future ones will be at Lowe’s–especially if it continues to hire associates like Robert!

I was in your store in Laurel Md . looking for an item. Couldfind a clerk to help me. After walking around I found a similar item , had a picture on my .phone one what I needed to purchase. No one to help me . Do they deliberately stay hidden ?
This has happened more than once . Will keep my business at Home Depot now .
