I have to tell you I was very impressed! I was having one of those days where nothing goes right and was getting pretty frustrated! I happened to run into Ryan, who I learned afterwords was the store manager, who couldn’t have been more kind and helpful as I rambled about my horrible day and how everything was going wrong! His kindness and professional mannerisms reset my whole attitude and brought my hysteria to a lull as he assisted me with my problems! He then spoke to the cashier about my situation and then she proceeded to calm me even more with her professional yet people friendly attitude as she rang up my things. Her name was Margie!
I have to tell you I left the store in a very good mood, much better than 20 minutes previously! It was a wonderful feeling to have 2 employees that excelled at customer communication!
Just thought I should let you know because I can tell you and I am sure you already know is not the case all the time!
