I am a regular customer at the Merritt Island, FL store. Rosemary is always very friendly and helpful. She is very professional. I arrived at the store about 20 minutes before closing today with my packages and paperwork prepared in advance, as usual. As I waited my turn, Rosemary very patiently packed, and processed several items for a couple who obviously had not a clue as to what should have been thought out before arriving at the store. Even though it was the end of a long work day for her and she was alone, she was very patient with those people. When they left, she cheerfully took quick care of my packages. I admired the way she handled the situation and felt badly because it was past closing time by then. However, Rosemary was great. She did it all with a smile!
