Bought new wipers. Employee was very helpful and friendly.
I’d love to take your survey, but there is NO access code at the bottom of the receipt–transaction code, auth #, EMV card/merch…, issurer TC, and AID yes, but NO, I repeat NO access code. I find this very frustrating!!!! Never again a survey for you guys!!
After paying $154.07 for a battery, I was told he was going to wait on the next customer then install it . The next customer turned into 3 and after 20 minutes and no word from your employee (or info on how much longer I would be inconvenienced) I took my battery and left. Had I been told prior to my purchase that they would replace my battery when it was convenient for him, I would have spent my money elsewhere, and will in the future. There were 3 employees on duty at the time! Don’t advertise about changing batteries or wiper blades for your paying customers unless you intend to make it as much a priority as selling the item is. I am very disappointed and rest assured that I will relate this experience to friends,family and co workers with much more energy than your staff took to do their job.
