  1. The young lady,Gillian Carr, served me this am in M&S Norwich.
She was extremely polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

  2. My friend and I were served yesterday morning in your Weston Super Mare store by a very helpful lady Sally Pressler at the tills.
It was a very pleasant change from the silliness one normally do feel at the, checkouts on a busy day in most supermarkets. I myself at the time of payment thought I’d lost my purse and Sally calmness and kindness were fantastic, she actually found the purse too.
Both my friend and I feel Morrison’s should be proud to have such a great employee.
