How to participate in the KFC Receipt survey?

To start the survey, you should enter the survey code found from your receipt first.

Then open the website link www.Mykfcexperience.com and enter the survey code to start the survey. On the next page, answer the survey questions regarding your dining experience. You can rate the products quality, customer services quality and leave your own advice.

At the end of the survey, you will be given a validation code that can be used to redeem the discount offer shown on your receipt. Just write the code on your receipt and bring it to your local KFC store to redeem the offer.

    Went to Bethalto Kfc several times keep thinking chicken will get better but it is so soggy and so greasy we end up throwing it away please get some new employees or change your grease or learn to fry chicken it definitely not the original ecipee!!!!!

    The KFC store in Collinsville, VA #K720011 needs to take better care of their customers. Chicken burnt up when I got it and then the time before, no legs available–they did not offer to substitute and the clerks were not friendly. Just so disappointed in this location. Something needs to be done. Would like to hear back from management concerning this post.

    dear sir this afternoon late I went to kfc in hinesville ga . I purchased 8 pc of chicken 4 bisquits 1 side patatoes, gravy corn. I received 2 mashed potatoes 1 gravy 1 corn no cold slaw. 4 bisquits 8 pieces of the greeased chicken I have ever encourted in my life. the chicken was almost soaked in the grease. It was a take out order and I live 22 mile away from the store or I would have taken it back. there is no excuse for this. I spent $21.20 on this crap. I am 76 years old and didn’t want to cook. you can bet I will not go back there again and I will tell my friends pass the word they say. patricia beecher 374 lakeside drive midway ga 31320 I bet this won’t even get read.

    I STOPPED A KFC FOR SUPPER TONIGHT AND HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AT ONE OF YOUR RESTAURANT. I ORDER A NUMBER 6 WITH WEDGES waited 45 min.s for the meal. they went over my number and I had to tell them that I was still wait even thro I was standing 5 feet in front of them. The manager was mopping the floor and putting down rugs with no one filling orders with at least 5 customers waiting. Ok It took a long time and that happens. By the time they finally got my order I was late for and important meeting so i took it and went my truck to eat on the way. They got the order wrong so I took it back and threw at the manager and told her I couldn’t wait for her to screw it up again. Is this the type of service you want at your restaurants? All of the customers that were wait were upset with the service while I was there. Your company need to send me a refund for the meal I didn’t get.$ 5.50 How hard is it to put 3 chicken strips, wedges and a cookie in a box and give it to the customer. A five year old could do it but not one of your managers. VERY disappointed in this restaurant.

    I Was Going To Leave A Raving Review On The Bad Service & Food I Got At The Greenfield, IN Store.
    But After Reading All The Other Raving Reviews, I See I Am Wasting My Time, As I See Bad Service & Nasty Food Is KFC’s Method of Operation. As The One Review Said They Obviously Don’t Read Any Of These Reviews. (But Hopefully Other Customers Do)
    This Is A Sad Way To Run Any Business, Let Alone A Food/Service Business.
    This Is Sad Because A Long Time Ago KFC Was The Best Chicken There Was.
    Now I See Why The Store In Elwood, IN Closed, It Had Got So Bad No One In Town Would Go There Anymore. I Will Not Ever Stop In Another KFC, I Hope They All Get Run Out of Business If This Is Their M/O. I Ordered One of The Fill Up Boxes, They Did Not Have The Cookies Or Mashed Potatoes, What I Did Get Was Cold. So Basically I Paid $5.40 For A Med Pop. I Ask About The Stuff That Was Missing And Was Told, O We Are Out of That Right Now. No Offer To Substitute Any Thing Or Give Me Back Any Money.

    i wanted to go to kfc in copiague ny , when i drove by the parking lot was full so i was going to keep going because it was too crowded , but i stopped any way, when i went inside the place was empty, i asked the girl at the counter about the cars she told me they were from the bus company next door.this is very bad for your business, these people are taking up your customer parking spaces. your store is neat and clean, with good food and polite people working there. Tow away a few cars and they will get the point. Have a great day.

    KFC/ Taco Bell store C119013 in Nappanee, In has really gone downhill. All I wanted was a 10 pack of soft tacos. I had to count them to make sure I got them all since I saw four people go up to ask for missing items. The tacos were cold, I think I got someone’s order that wasn’t picked up. They were thrown together, falling apart, and some were hard and dried out. All that and I had to wait 30 minutes to get them! I guess that’s another place I won’t go back to.

    delicious….have not eaten KFC in years….Popeyes &Churches have “Specials” this is a good thing for Seniors…Prices are a little HIGH!!!!!!! but I guess the establishment is proud of their good food!!!!!

    I had a wonderful experience at the KFC in Bonita Springs, Fl. My drive through server, Adrian was outstanding. Excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to see that I received just what I needed. Thank you Again, Adrian! AWESOME job!

    YESTERDAY WAS A BAD SITUATION WHEN I WENT TO KFC/LJS. SURVEY CODE D2120090312174591. THE FOOD WAS OVER COOK AND THE TASTE WAS LIKE BURN OIL . YOU COULD NOT TELL WHICH WAS THE FISH OR THE CHICKEN. I WAS THE SECOND PRESON ON LINE WHEN I GOT THERE AND TOOK 25 MINUTES TO GET MY TO GO ORDER. WHEN I GOT HOME FOUND OUT THAT THE FOOD WAS IN POOR CONDITIONS. IREALIZE THAT IT WAS MY FAULT NOT TO CHEK THE FOOD AT THE STORE BUT AM A OLD CUSTOMER AND NEVER HAD THAT EXPERINCE BEFORE. HOPE THE YOU LOOK INTO THIS SO THE QUALITY STAYS AT THE BEST. THANKS.
