Your offer for $2. sausage muffin and small coffee. The coffee was excellent but the muffin was old and stale. Where did she get it from” yesterday’s garbage. I couldn’t eat it. It was so hard. If I wasn’t on my way to work I would have brought it back.

Netherhall Road, Leicester McDonalds: Saturday 26th August 2017.
Sincere and very grateful thanks to Surhjeet (Annie will know who he is) who came to the rescue of our family (including elderly parents in mid-eighties) who got seriously lost visiting Leicester by car. Went into McDonalds for help with directions, having previously been let down by local petrol station. Greeted inside with concern for our dilemma. Surhjeet mapped the route out and printed it off and sent us off safely on our way. Whilst waiting for the printed map, staff kept coming to ask if we were ok and to sit down and relax. It made our week and we have told everyone of our delightful encounter with Netherhall Road McDonalds. We didn’t even make a purchase – thank you so very much.
