If you purchased your favorite books at Chapters Indigo bookstore recently and retain your sale receipt, you can now go to the website www.IndigoFeedback.com to leave your feedback about your experience by participating the Indigo Customer Feedback Survey. Once you complete the survey, you could have a chance to win a $500 Indigo Gift Card for your future purchase.

How to enter the survey:

First of all, check out the above website link in your web browser and select your language to continue.

On the next page, select the type of your receipt and provide the required information from your receipt, such as store number, transaction number, terminal number, and so on. Once you enter them correctly, click on the “Submit” button.

Then answer a list of the questions regarding your Indigo experience. For example, how would you describe your overall experience, how would you rate the customer service you received, would you recommend Indigo to your friends, and so on.

At the end of the survey, submit your personal information, then you will receive a entry of the contest for your chance to win.

    my boyfriend and I came in to the store today in regina and had very great service and the man that helped us told us to come to this website so we could enter the survey. but when I went to enter in the survey it stated it was no longer active so if this is the case maybe you should let all your stores know so they are not giving the survey out to customers. it was a huge waste of our time to come to the website to take a survey that is no longer in affect. if you wish this to run smoother in the future not only for us but for all other customers that were told about this survey maybe it should be communicated better with each store as well as their employees. Thanks.
