Second, you need to provide the required information located on your receipt such as date of visit, time of visit and the entry code. Enter them and click on the “Start” button to continue.
Third, answer a list of the questions regarding your store experience. For example, how satisfied were you with your visit, how friendly was the associate, how much does your household spend on groceries, how likely are you to shop again, and so on. You must answer all the questions to be eligible to win.
