    I stopped here on my way to Tyler, Tx. at Denny’s in Corsicana, Tx. today around 11am. My receipt says store # 8183. I decided I would try the SouthWest Skillet when I smelled it coming from the young man’s booth across from me. Delicious!!! It stayed hot the whole time I was eating which took me about 30 minutes. I am now a fan of the “skillet” since realizing that it will keep my food hot the whole time I am eating. My waitress introduced herself as Rose although my receipt says Rosemary so I am assuming they are one in the same as I tell you how nice she made my visit to this Denny’s. She offered tortillas as something I might enjoy with my skillet and once she told me I could also get a side of sour cream I was SOLD! Although the place seemed to be pretty busy she was extremely helpful since I left my reading glasses in the car.
    She asked if I was traveling and even told me to be careful especially since I was traveling alone. In my field of work I find that many people are quick to complain about issues BUT praise and recognition are almost non-existant if not completely void when it comes to having a great dining experience so let me say my food was perfect and Rosemary was funny and very sweet. I will stop here anytime I come through Corsicana. Hopefully Rosemary will be there again to help me decide what new food I will try (maybe I will leave my glasses behind again)! I told her I appreciated everything and if this email reaches the Corsicana store, if you would please tell her again that I appreciated her kindness and hospitality and YES! I made it to my destination safely. Thank you for making me feel right at home!

    Have been going to Dennys about 5 nights a week since SEPTEMBER.2014. THIS LAST January my family came to visit of course we went to Dennys. It took forever to be served. Over 15 minutes just to get a drink. Then I got hurt and didn’t go for 2 weeks. When I started going again the management had changed. It’s horrible now. It took 18 minutes for someone to give me a menu, it was an employees 13 yr old daughter. The employee was sitting and visiting with people. Finslly at 20 minutes she come obver to see if I needed something. I told her about 20 minutes ago… Thats the wrong move……. I ordered the pot roast. It was COLD . I asked for it to be heated and they had to make another. It was also cold. I didnt’t say anything because that was already45 minutes. I always pay tips more than half of my meal price. I would think they were happy to see me.There is another waitperson who talks real loud where the whole place can hear her. She is rude and talks badly about how she wants to get the s_ _t out of there and the people there are stupid dumb asses. I go in after 11pm when there are still people who come in off the road. Yall need to visit as customers and sit near the rest room and listen because thats were they sit and talk all the time. They have some people that they comp the food. Their friends. This one girl had her mom and friend and the bill was comped as if the woman difn’t eat it. My bill right after them was $25.00 for 1 person. I asked for my aarp dicount and she said she didn’t know how. I asked for my ticket and I went to out it in my purse she left . I took it out cause of the price. I had part of the prvious persons ticket on my credit card payment. I did not get upset as for her to see but asked for it to be fixed. The person said she got another bill mixed up. All I had to pay then was $6.54 .

    There are signs and notices on the Internet aboud call in your order for pick up. The DENNYS in BIG SPRING TEXAS wont accept them. It is the same restaurant I wrote about you going to visit. I wasnt feeling good so I called in an order. Told them who I was and the girl had to ask someone if my order could be taken. The other person said NO. I asked why and its everywhere that we can call in. Then I was told it was that stores policy.

    Have been a regular guest at a Craig and valley las Vegas NV seen some changes although they have a new manager GM that is terrible but her I am assuming assistant keeps me coming back Jill is not only top of her game she works right with her team and the moral when she is on the floor is a refreshing change we came in on a busy Saturday and returned Sunday with friends and the service was impeccable she is the best addition to this location in a very long time she takes no credit and is grateful to her team and always brags on the cooks who go unrecognized to most of the public we all agreed and we hope to see more of her during the days and hope her efforts do not go unrecognized thank-you we now will be coming back
