    Store clerk Kathy(?) is WONDERFUL!!!!! She said it was her first week & kept apologizing because my purchase was taking so long. I thought she did just fine & told her so. I also told her I was just picking on her. She is great. I hope she’s there when I need 1099 envelopes.

    Just because the chair I bought was $70 off doesn’t mean you need to purchase the warranty so hard. If the chair won’t last 3 years without the warranty, I probably shouldn’t have bought it. The chair it replaces lasted 30 years.

    We had the best experience with Mitch in the Indiana, Pa Staples. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products. Truly someone who is there to help people make a purchase which we did.
    I’m not thrilled with your online survey. I do not like to download something just to leave a few comments. That process is just too involved and in my opinion unnecessary for a simple survey.
